# Business Automation by JC

> Janez Cergolj helps small businesses and trades reduce repetitive administrative work with custom tools, API integrations and workflow automation. Based in Slovenia, working with clients across Europe in English and Slovenian.

## Services

- Collect details from emails or forms and prepare the next step.
- Prepare quote drafts for review before sending.
- Extract invoice and PDF document data into spreadsheets or existing systems.
- Automate recurring replies, confirmations, follow-ups and payment reminders.
- Connect existing software instead of requiring a new workflow for every tool.

## Working together

Describe where your time is going in everyday language. Janez builds a solution for the agreed work and tests it with you against your real process before launch. The site's FAQ describes a typical first working prototype as taking 2–4 weeks; the actual scope and timing are agreed for the project.

The plumber invoicing scenario on the landing page is an illustrative example, not a verified customer case study. Time savings depend on the actual process.
